A browser. Not a barrier.

INTELLIGENCE, WITH INTENTION
Less waiting. More living. Meet company-specific AI designed to move support from a conversation to a resolution.
BROWSER-FIRST. HUMAN AT HEART.Technology should give people their time back. We’re building an agentic support platform that sees the context, works toward the fix, and keeps you in control.
IN DEVELOPMENT. BY DESIGN.Start in a familiar place. Deep access is not the default, and nothing happens out of sight.
Company-specific knowledge, not generic advice. Built around the products and people you support.
New solutions become trusted knowledge only after a human has reviewed and approved them.
The best support feels less like a process,
and more like someone paying attention.
An open tab, a clear request, and a scope you choose. Browser-first by design, with no silent or standing access.
Your company’s knowledge meets the context of the case. Understand what happened before deciding what to do next.
Every new fix begins as a candidate. Human review comes before a discovered solution becomes trusted knowledge.
May I view this support tab? I’ll only use the scope you approve, and you can revoke it at any time.
Three original directions. Each a different expression of the same belief: intelligence should move people forward.
With access comes responsibility. These are the non-negotiable principles shaping Epidermal—not promises deferred to a later release.
THE SAFETY FLOOR. NEVER THE CEILING.Screen viewing, control, and camera use are separate scopes. The product brief requires explicit, session-scoped consent for each one—not a blanket permission hidden in the fine print.
Access must be visible and revocable throughout a session. Stopping a session stops the agent’s access. Destructive actions require a separate, explicit confirmation; rollback is planned where possible.
Newly discovered resolutions are candidates until a human approves them. The architecture must also isolate company knowledge and generalize fixes without carrying private customer data across tenants.
When resolution is out of reach, the agent should explain what it saw, what it tried, and why it stopped. A human receives a useful report, not a customer who has to start all over again.
